Michael "Teddy" Bertolatus
Teddy Bertolatus is a Houston native who has been practicing law in Houston since graduating from law school in 2013. His primary focus is corporate law, encompassing entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general contract negotiation and formation. Teddy's expertise extends to employment contract review and formation, separation agreements, nondisclosure agreements, business litigation, and corporate dispute resolution.
Teddy's experience representing businesses in litigation has significantly bolstered his ability to draft and negotiate the contracts that strengthen the foundation of a business from the ground up.
Additionally, Teddy routinely handles transactions involving residential and commercial real estate, including the creation and negotiation of construction contracts and various other real estate-related matters.
