Antoine Williams

About

Antoine Williams is a retired U.S. Army Colonel who served both on active duty and in the reserve component. He attended Iowa State University on an ROTC Scholarship and was commissioned as a Military Police Officer. Midway through his military career, after working closely with Judge Advocate Generals (JAG), he was inspired to attend law school at night.

He graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012. Upon graduation, he transferred to the Army Reserves and continued to serve in roles of significant responsibility. Notably, he was selected for the coveted assignments of Inspector General, Battalion Commander of a Criminal Investigations (CID) Unit—where he oversaw complex felony investigations commanding 200 CID Agents across a five state region—and completed his
service at the Army War College as an Observer Controller before retiring in June 2020.

While completing his military service in the reserve component Antoine also launched his professional legal career, gaining exposure to a variety of legal fields in the state, federal, and private sectors. He began his career in 2013 as a litigator for Binder and Binder, representing clients in Social Security Disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges. This experience helped him secure an appellate position with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Board of Veteran Appeals, in where he reviewed appeals for denied Veteran benefits claims, including disability, housing, and educational benefits.

Missing the challenge of courtroom advocacy, the attorney transitioned to the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, representing the District in civil litigation involving various agencies such as the Department of Health, Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection, and the Alcohol Beverage and Cannabis Administration. In 2022, his civil litigation trial experience led to an In-House Counsel role with GP Strategies Corporation ("GP"), a global professional services company specializing in training management solutions with operations in over 40 countries.

At GP, he served as primary counsel for employment matters, corporate policy, risk management and global contract negotiations – inclusive of DPAs, NDAs, MSAs, SaaS Agreements. Drawing on his military background, he led all internal investigations into violations of corporate policy or employee allegations of misconduct globally. His leadership in internal investigations resulted in the implementation of new compliance protocols and strengthened the company's ethical standards.

In 2025, the attorney and his wife decided to relocate their family to Texas, settling in Humble along with their son.
