LEGAL PRACTICE

“My goal is to protect my clients from legal liability, and assist them along their real estate and business journey. I believe effective legal counsel requires prompt service, knowledgeable staff, and preparation. I focus on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business disputes, asset protection, business consulting, and business restructuring. I also practice estate planning. Estate planning is often intertwined with real estate and business. It’s vital for anyone who has a dependent, owns property, business, or wants control of where their assets go after death.”
